Key Responsibilities:
- To expand existing relationships and to acquire new SME businesses (both lending and deposits) with the objective of growing the Bank’s SME franchise.
- To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
- To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
- To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
- To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
- To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to,
- Trade
- Forex
- Cash Management Solutions.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how / sales or customer service experience
- Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Resourceful and result-oriented
- Basic understanding of financial accounts
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Selling and negotiation skills
