KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business and Sales & Marketing Management:
-
- To achieve given individual as well as Share Trading Centre (STC)'s sales and marketing target
- To aggressively market & identify new business opportunities & customer acquisition
- Establish networking aggressively within branches and broking firms:
- Conduct regular briefing and courtesy visit to branches to ensure branch sales staffs are aware of STC’s staff and Share Trading Center, and encourage cross-selling of Stockbanking product aggressively
- Conduct formal visit and briefing to stock broking firms to establish close counterpart relationship, as well as creating brand awareness
- Conduct regular visit to staffs of SME banking and Wholesale banking to ensure staffs are aware of STC’s staff and Share Trading Center, and encourage cross-selling of Stockbanking product aggressively
- Coordinate the competitors analysis and their latest package
- To create brand awareness by ensuring all communications are aligned with branding guidelines

2. STC Operational & Service Quality Management

- Opening of account

- To know the customer background well, ensure customer risk profile are fully complied
- To ensure applications are processed within the turnaround time
- To witness the acceptance of legal documents

- Handling of dealing:
-
- Execute order carefully & precisely
- Confirm order to customer immediately, and / or by end of the day
- Report any trade error / irregular transactions to immediate supervisor immediately

- Handling of account / account maintenance:
- Notify customer on any margin call, force selling, excesses
- Notiafy customer on any corporate exercises (right issue, warrant expiry, general offer, capital reduction, share split etc)
- ANttend to customer’s request (cash/FD/Share withdrawal, increase/reduce limit, conversion of warrant, call-warrant, loan-stock etc)
- Monitor sNhare prices for clients & client’s order
- To provide mrket update to clients

- To execute operational activities according to Dealing Manual developed and approved by the bank
- To execute operational activities according to Group and Bank standards and regulatory requirements with the objective of meeting audit standards

EXPERIENCE
Preferably with 2 years experience in similar areas ie dealing, sales and marketing of share margin, or any consumer
banking products
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess a recognised basic degree in Business Studies / Economics / Business Management / Accounting / Finance
/ Banking / Sales & Marketing or any related qualifications
Preferably with exempt dealer representative license (Module 6 & 7)
