KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements
- Participate, plan and support sales activities.
- To ensure applications forms is duly completed prior to submission.
- To ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application
- To practice best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service
- To ensure all customers enquiry and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Unresolved complaints are to be escalated immediately to his/ her supervisor
- To ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes
- To conduct day to day responsibilities with full knowledge and perform the task within the guidelines of AML
- Sales Compliance Guidelines
- Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality
