KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Source prospective clients for personal loan product through partner-in-sales, sales blitz, telemarketing, road show and etc.
  2. Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements.
  3. Ensure adherence to responsible selling and structure proposed solution that meets client’s financial needs.
  4. To ensure the accurate and timely completion of –
  • Applications forms is duly completed prior to submission.
  • To ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application.
  • Submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
  1. To ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
  2. Keeping abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.

 

 

 

Compliance & Standards

  1. Ensure sales solicitation and activities are compliance with Sales Compliance Framework & Group’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Fully comply to SOP - Sales Process of Consumer Lending Products and conduct day to day. responsibilities with full knowledge and perform the task within the guidelines of:
  • AML guidelines
  • Sales Compliance Guidelines
  • Data Record, Maintenance and Inventory Guidelines
  • BNM guidelines
  • KYC
  • Credit Control Procedures
  • BAFIA
  • PDPA and etc.
  1. To project a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming.
