Mortgage Partner In Sales Partners Acquisition

  1. New partners acquisition, sign-up partners for mortgage leads referral scheme and to grow primary and secondary mortgage market share.
  2. Identify business opportunities, formulate the business development plan, table the strategies, execute proposals with data analytics and conduct competitor analysis.
  3. Increase partner acquisition by roll out digital marketing campaign to boost up referral and loan acquisition from MPIS channels.  
  4. Provide support, product knowledge to mortgage partners and enable them equip with adequate product knowledge for cross selling.
  5. Execute marketing strategies and business plans to build and cross sell Group Consumer Banking products.
  6. Track and monitor partner’s referral performance, lead conversion rate and leads quality.
  7. Maintain strong relationship with the external partners for cross selling opportunities.

 

End Financing (EF) Empanelment

 

  1. Source new to bank developers, empanel under construction projects to grow End Finance business.
  1. Assess the developer background; project visibility and marketability by seek professional advices from panel valuers.
  2. Recommend end-financing limit and follow up with Credit Risk on the end-to-end EF approval.
  1. To review feasibility of the End Financing application and work closely with Collateral Management Unit/ Risk on emplacement within reasonable turnaround time. 
  1. Assign approved EF projects to sales team and monitor the EF limit utilization.
  2. Propose marketing campaign/ EF package to selected projects.

 

Panel Valuer Empanelment

  • Propose new valuer/new branch office as Bank’s panel valuer.
  • Review valuer alphabetical grouping on yearly basis.
  • Conduct panel valuer review and submit recommendation to retain/remove the panel valuer.

 

2) Operational Excellence and Control

  1. Process MPIS registration, conduct annual review on MPIS, developers, panel valuer and etc.
  2. Compliance with the Bank’s End Financing, Valuer and Solicitor policy, and Mortgage PIS.
  3. To liaise with Credit Processing Hub (CPH) and Credit Administration Hub (GCA) to ensure good backroom support and efficient process for project financing.
  4. Sales advisory and support handle queries and feedback from sales and other stakeholder and address issue arising related external partnership.
  5. Maintain and manage Sales Lead Management System (SLMS) and MPIS Online Referral Platform (MPIS Microsite)
  6. Attend to change request for system enhancement of SLMS and MPIS Microsite
