Job Descriptions

  • Regional roles to overseas a team of insurance specialists regular premium sales.
  • To develop and monitor the Insurance Specialist (IS) and the IS business activities, IS recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, product and sales skill training, overseeing the IS performance, provide professional insurance advice with the objective to achieve the agreed sales and profit growth objectives.
  • To lead the IS team to deliver the team’s Banca target, liaise with branch managers, regional sales manager and insurance partner to manage the IS team activity, productivity, discipline, sales target.
  • Provide sales training and handholding to ensure the IS are up to the mark to provide professional services to the bank customers.
  • To drive branch banking regular premium insurance sales activities by providing necessary product knowledge and selling skills to bank sales staff as well as conduct customer seminars with an aim to increase insurance penetration and maximise profits from the sale of Insurance across entire customer bases.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the financial institutions.
  • Preferably CFP or RFP certified.
  • Knowledge of insurance, banking, unit trust and other financial products and possess insurance certificate like PCE (A,B and C) and / or Ceili License are an added advantage
  • Should possess an outgoing personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good leadership skill and problem solving.
  • Willing to travel around in Klang Valley
