Plans, organizes, directs and controls the business, operations and administration of the Branch with discretion necessary to fulfill the Bank goals and policies, guidelines and instructions set by Head Office, Bank Negara Malaysia, the Association of bank in Malaysia and the Association of Finance Companies of Malaysia.
Responsible for the development and growth of the Branch’s Portfolio which consist of wealth products, loans, deposits and any other banking business of the branch to ensure that the business targets are met.
Ensures constant increment of new to bank customers and also the balance of Net Fee Income and Net Interest Income products.
Lead, Manage and Drive Branch Sales and Business Relationships.
Coaches and motivates the sales team to maximize team performance through the execution of institutionalized sales management routines. Responsible for sales plan development and execution for his/her branch to achieve branch sales targets.
