Job Descriptions:

  • To acquire new SME businesses (both lending and deposits) with the objective of growing the Bank’s SME franchise.
  • To grow the SME portfolio via new business acquisition with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
  • To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
  • To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
  • To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  • To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Skills                 

  • Basic understanding of financial accounts
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Selling skills

 

Education / Knowledge

  • University Degree / Diploma

 

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years banking experiences with credit knowledge
