Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards or reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for products, channels, and portfolios.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business planning, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical questions and propose data solutions.
  • Conduct segmentation and profitability analyses to improve customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts.
  • Support end-to-end campaign analytics: pre-campaign sizing, targeting, lead generation, and post-campaign performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product managers to optimize campaign ROI using data insights.
  • Continuous improve, re-engineer and streamline existing MIS reports to ensure remain relevance, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic, Applied Statistic, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Science Mathematic, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferrable in banking or financial services.
  • Proficient in SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of banking products, portfolios, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in campaign management or marketing data analysis is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
