Assistant Vice President, Business Cards Acquisition & Sales

1. Develop and execute acquisition and sales strategies to grow business card portfolio and identify new prospective business customers through partnerships, referral and networking resources.
2. Manage sales teams and identify new channels to deliver acquisition and sales targets – including monitoring sales staff’s productivity, designing sales incentives, and running staff and customer tactical initiatives.
3. Collaborate with Cards Product Management and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive activation and usage.
4. Continuous monitoring of market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout end-to-end sales process.
