Assistant Vice President, Business Debit Cards Product Management

1. Manage and execute the product strategy and roadmap for business debit cards portfolio.

2. Manage product development, management and innovation to meet the evolving payment and financing needs of the Bank’s business banking clients.

3. Own and optimize the P&L of business debit cards portfolio, including cards usage, balances, and profitability.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, and System teams to drive product development, launch initiatives, and enhancements.

5. Manage initiatives to optimize systems, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiencies related to debit card products.

6. Continuous monitoring of product P&L, performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to innovate and refine product suite.
