Responsible for Group Consumer Banking Performance Reporting, Expense Management and Budget / Analytical Support function to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial analysis to management:

 

Analyze respective product’s financial performance and providing regular forecast and financial analysis to senior management.

 

Analyze expenses of respective product to ensure actual expenses are well contained within approved budget.

           

Consolidation annual budget of the respective product and implementation of ad-hoc projects.

Contributes to Bank’s business strategy and ultimately to profit and loss.

Improved financial analysis for decision making.

Group Consumer Banking Performance Reporting For Asset Products

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Perform profitability analysis, risk assessment, and variance analysis across portfolios.
  • Assist in expense management, including accruals, review of cost reports and provide variance analysis for business
  • Develop financial models to support pricing strategies, capital allocation, and growth initiatives
  • Handle any ad-hoc finance related projects or assignment.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholder, including P&L reviews, cost allocation updates, and strategic recommendation
  • Compilation of monthly forecast, provide analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Implementation of new management reporting system and process.
  • Involve in periodical cost allocation and Service Level Agreements review, streamline the cost allocation and cross-charge process and reporting.
  • Cost center maintenance.

 

Budget / Analytical Support

  • Involve in annual budget compilation, including expenses and New Investment Agenda (NIA).
  • Provide analytic support to Business Unit.
  • Any other assignments as and when required.

 

Others

  • Sales commission amortization and EIR process
  • Participate and contribute in bank wide lead projects related to GCB management reporting as well as GCB led process improvement projects
  • Provides support on e-invoicing and SST (Sales and Service Tax) compliance matters
