KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

  1. Role requires regular interaction with sales channels, operations, credit policy and credit processing hub to monitor and drive cards performance to achieve the cards goals.
  2. Supporting the above, the role’s functions include the following:
  1. Product/Proposition Developmemt
  1. Initiate in the development of new products or enhancement of existing products by preparing the necessary paperwork and involved in gathering required information from relevant stakeholders like IS, Operations etc
  1. Process Development
  1. Review areas for new process development to cater for new business initiatives or assist in improving existing processes that support the business
  1. Portfolio Management
  1. Provide the necessary reporting from the perspective of performance of campaigns or initiatives and to track and report overall products health across the Bank
  1. Campaign Management
  1. Lead in the development of campaigns which includes working with the relevant advertising agencies to obtain the necessary marketing materials.
  1. Market Awaremess
  1. Understand the market environment and impact of competitors’ action plans.
  2. To assist the changes in regulatory, monetary and economic environment to the business
