- Reporting improvement operation to support analytics by provide monitoring and strategic solution for regulatory reporting improvement and be able to effectively liaise with other business units.
- Drive regulatory reporting improvement initiative via streamlining, automation, monitoring of reporting risk control in place and comply with bank internal requirement for business continuity.
- Pro-actively identify problem areas and opportunities within the team with processes, streamlining and automation to enhance creditability and efficiency of the regulatory reporting.
- Support streamlining and strengthen regulatory reporting process, evaluating reporting requirement, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solution / optimization strategies and control effectiveness in CCRIS and Statistical Reporting.
- Be an advocate for continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to improve reporting quality, process and performance.
- Demonstrate visualization of data via dashboarding and communicate insights effectively to business partners.
- Perform data analysis to identify spike/faulty data to ensure data credibility.
- Develop and communicate insights and recommend actions to stakeholders to manage risk by contributing towards rules, guidelines, compliance and controls.
- Pro-actively identify problem areas and opportunities within the Bank portfolio with data and processes.
- Perform data monitoring in CCRIS and Statistical Reporting to ensure that the data submitted to BNM is up to date as per data in the bank.
- Support data repositories, data management and data quality for reporting systems.
- Undertake ad hoc request and reporting, as requested, including participation in the regulatory reporting streamlining and automation project.
