- Provide tailored investment solutions to individual clients.
- Partner with a team of 20 - 30 relationship managers of their assigned region/portfolios.
- Responsible for growing the investment penetration and AUM for clients under his/her care.
- Train new and existing relationship managers on market updates, construct portfolio, review, rebalancing, UT funds, Structured investment and all other ITP products regularly.
- Joint sales meetings with Relationship managers and conduct portfolio review.
- Build incremental revenue and productivity from the relationship managers assigned.
- Construct and manage investment portfolios, including asset allocation and investment selection for individual clients under his/her care.
- Compile research information to manage ground communications.
- Provide clients with education and training on financial markets, investment products, and strategies.
- Present investment-related information to clients and potential clients.
- Run micro market events by holding and hosting client events.
- Promote investment products and services to relationship managers and clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business.
- Hold regular meetings with clients and relationship managers to review client portfolio and discuss key market development
- Collaborate closely with products team on existing product updates, monthly product calendar, and marketing materials for new product launches.
- Maintain portfolio template, UT and ELI pricing scrolls, and other projects / ad-hoc tasks.
- Support the assigned regions team on product/investment queries.
- Support assigned regions with the sale of wealth management products and increased new-to-investment accounts.
- Manage portfolio risk exposure for own portfolio of customer’s risk exposure by checking and audit.
- Ensure zero mis-selling to clients.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Bank’s policy, specifically in handling advisory guidelines and processes.
- Ensure that there are no discrepancies, exceptions and non-compliance when booking sales (e.g. Unit Trust, Currency and Treasury products).
- Ensure self-compliance on Alliance Bank’s policies and procedures, Sales Compliance, KYC, AMLA guidelines, 3rd party confidentiality, including credit control procedures, sales related audit compliance and BNM guidelines.

Experience
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field i.e. Banking / Accounting & Finance / Economics / Marketing / Business Studies
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar areas i.e., wealth consultant, product and partnership management, or any consumer banking products.
- Proven or strong product manager experience or exposure preferably in financial services relating to consumer banking.
- Proven and strong experience and exposure to Wealth Sales (UT, SI, DCI, SP).
