  • Support the development of targeted campaigns and digital acquisition initiatives.

JOB PURPOSE

Improve Mortgage portfolio returns by implementing various initiatives and activities to maximize profitability of mortgage customer base (increase mortgage revenue through other products):

  • Plan, develop and implement business strategies for mortgage & related cross selling/up-selling
  • Work closely with other businesses/products to identify bundling proposition, set sales strategies and target to deliver results. Maximize various sales channels to promote mortgage and related cross-selling.
  • Design campaigns to drive new to acquire new to bank (NTB) for future cross-selling/up-selling and strategy for customer retention and up-selling.

 

Partnership Management:

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnership models.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners on how to improve the insurance penetration.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance tracking of partners.
  • Ensure partner compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

 

 

Market Analysis & acquisition performance update

  • market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on acquisition performance and pipeline.

 

Sales and Credit Activities

  • Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to streamline the mortgage application and approval process.
  • Loan application & credit processing processes - credit policy and sales alignment. To improve success rate.
  • Review credit policy, deviation tracking, evaluation & propose test cells.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisition & Partnership

  • Assist in developing campaigns and activities for mortgage and related products i.e. credit insurance, fire, credit card, portfolio financing, PB/AP & etc with the aim to improve Mortgage NIM/revenue to deliver bank targets.
  • Identify and enhance the current product positioning to response to the market needs and bank business direction to drive revenue. 
  • Sales process improvement pertaining to Mortgage acquisition to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Experience and Knowledge

·       Minimum 6 years of direct experience in consumer banking especially in Mortgage / Secured Lending business

·       Experience in providing strategic proposals for acquisition and growth, which inclusive of:

o   Identifying key drivers, problem statement and understand learning from previous proposals/initiative

o   Ability to develops and present business proposals

o   Leading in execution of business proposals

o   In-depth analysis of post campaign learnings

·       Experience in implementing marketing campaign for acquisition and growth

·       In-depth knowledge and understanding of system, processes, operational and technology of mortgage / secured lending products

 

Skills

  • Strong business environment awareness and sensitivity to business issues.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Degree, preferably Finance/ Marketing or similar business-oriented field.
