- Mortgage Partners Acquisition
- New partners acquisition, sign-up partners for mortgage leads referral scheme and to grow primary and secondary mortgage market share.
- Identify business opportunities, formulate the business development plan, table the strategies, execute proposals with data analytics and conduct competitor analysis.
- Increase partner acquisition by rolling out digital marketing campaign to boost referral and loan acquisition from MPIS channels.
- Provide support and product knowledge to mortgage partners and enable them to equip with adequate product knowledge for cross selling.
- Execute marketing strategies and business plans to build and cross sell Group Consumer Banking products.
2) Marketing & Digital Innovation
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to position the Bank’s mortgage offerings as market-leading solutions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design campaigns, EDMs, banners, and content that attract high-quality referrals and strengthen brand presence.
- Introduce straight through digital mortgage journey to partners and customers, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Continuously measure marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics dashboards and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Manage system-related matters, including system enhancement requests and digital journey improvements for mortgage referrals and applications.
- Oversee and enhance the Sales Lead Management System and MPIS Online Referral Platform (MPIS Microsite).
3) Operational Excellence & Control
- Manage MPIS registration processes and conduct annual reviews of MPIS partners, panel valuers, and related stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s Mortgage Partner-in-Sales (MPIS), Panel Valuer SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient lead management, backroom support, and smooth operational processes.
- Provide sales advisory support by addressing queries, feedback, and issues from sales teams and external partners.
