Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Portfolio & System

- Mortgage project handling (user requirement, coordinating, UAT, execution, follow up, regression, post deployment until project closure) 

- Portfolio management – monitoring, data quality clean up and analysis including maintenance/rectification

- Portfolio Instalment revision due to OPR change

- Support Customer Care in Mortgage complaints

- Improve Mortgage end-to-end process

- ensure BNM regulatory compliance & initiative

- Management Report preparation

- Ad-hoc functions assigned from time to time as needed.
