Assistant Vice President, Retail Treasury Sales

Business Performance

1. Monitor revenue targets for respective product lines.
2. Identify improvement on workflow to increase efficiency.
3. Assist in hedging/squaring DCI deals
4. Assist in pricing an ELCI and market to sales staff
5. Assist in providing FX quotes to sales staff
6. Assist in providing quotes for other new treasury products when it becomes available
7. Assist in pricing Structured Products, i.e. ELI KIKO, Basket KIKO, Rates Structured, etc

System

1. Ensure system readiness for new product offerings.
2. Perform and complete system UAT on a timely manner.
3. Ensure and assist other users in understanding the usage of the system to support the new product.

Sales Support

1. Engage sales staff via branch training or joint sales call
2. Assist in providing market update to clients via branch events or joint sales call
3. Provides commentaries and recommendation to sales staff on Foreign Exchange or other new treasury product when it becomes available.

Legal and Compliance

1. Ensure strict compliance of policies and guidelines to ensure meeting of audit requirement.

BCP Coordinator (see appendix for more details)

1. Ensure BCP site is always functional by conducting yearly Location Based Exercised (LBE).
2. To participate in yearly BCP exercise and treasury system DRP (1 system testing & 1 DR server live testing).
3. Update BCP Plan on yearly basis to reflect all the latest arrangement.
