Formulate product strategies to develop new lending programs to achieve market share
Review and enhance lending program features to ensure continued relevance of value proposition
Develop and execute strategic initiatives/ campaigns to assist Group SME Banking achieve loans, profit and revenue growth targets
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement new lending programs to support Group SME Banking strategic direction and value proposition to customer to gain market share
Regular review on lending programs effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
Conduct product programs related training
Initiate and develop campaigns to drive sales productivity and product take-up rates.
Review on operational flows and streamline operating processes to improve/simplify sales processes
In-charge of the maintenance of Group SME Banking forms, checklist & SOPs
Support the development/ user testing of product program’s system parameters and codes.
Conducts research & benchmarking studies of other competitors & marketplace and research & analysis of new products & services, including industry value chain assessments.
Act as liaison with Bank Negara and Government Agencies on product regulatory matters and compliance issues
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLED GE REQUIRED
Experience
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing and any other related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Banking Industry
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in SME/Commercial Lending

Strong understanding of credit principles of SME loan products and solutions
Experience in managing product development projects within a banking system
Strong business acumen, proactive, and have strong sense of commitment and accountability
