Contract, Disbursement & Loan Administration

Perform activities related to post disbursement system maintenance function and administrative matters for Consumer, Corporate, Commercial and Business Banking portfolio of ABMB/AIBB/AIS.
• Monitors and handle matters relating to Schemed Loans, BNM Funded Loans, CGC, SJPP, SSFS and other Government Guaranteed/Funded Loans.
• Monitors and handle matters pertaining to HDA Accounts (with Bridging Loan financing) and DIBS claims.
• Matters relating to Revolving Credit – Drawdown request, rollover, settlement; Bills Discounting Facilities - drawdown & settlement and sinking fund placement,
• Matters relating to lump sum /advance payment requests, statements, repayment schedules and reporting.
• Matters relating to foreign currency borrowings – repayment, interest, reporting and all other functions in relation thereof.
• Effectively provide day-to-day support functions ensuring compliance to Group policy, regulatory and statutory guidelines / rulings
• Responsible and accountable for compliance of guidelines stipulated in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• To carry out any additional duties as assigned by Head of Department from time to time.

To handle loan administration functions in relation to borrowing/financing accounts post disbursement including monitoring DIBS, BNM funded schemes such as FSMI, CGC and SJPP.
 Handling requests for statement requests, lumpsum repayment and other loan related matters.
 Day to day functions relating to Loan Administration.

Ensure that there are proper policies and controls in place on the Bank’s credit administration matter.
• Ensure management and controls are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to Management and Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Implement proper tracking system to improve efficiencies & turnaround time.
• Compliance to Group Policy, regulatory and statutory guidelines/rulings.
• Ensure that the Bank’s interests are protected at all times and the completeness of security documentation in a timely manner.
