General Insurance - Product Manager

- Assist in day-to-day deliverables of the department such as implementation of product and marketing initiatives, and coordination with insurance partner, internal party and external customer on handling of operational or customer enquiry.
- Develop and broadcast communication materials for product and campaign launches
- Participate in system and process enhancement relevant to the betterment of General Insurance business, including system UAT.
- Prepare business, sales and incentive reports in a timely and accurate manner for business reporting and fulfillment of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Preparation and updating of documents such as Partner Due Diligence, as well as coordination with business partner to ensure brochures, policy documents, sales tools, training materials etc. comply with regulatory requirements

• Ability to create and manage effective marketing ideas and customer campaigns via online media
• Logical thinker with attention to detail, problem-solving, planning and organization skills

• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Content creation and copywriting skills will be an added advantage.
Knowledge
• Familiar with social media and related marketing tools, with good understanding of current consumer behavior
• Good comprehension of business financial drivers, customer portfolio, market franchise, distribution, risk and operational framework
• Conversant in Microsoft Office tools for day-to-day job function.
Experience
• At least 3-5 years’ working experience in product or sales and marketing of consumer products.
• Experience in financial institution preferred.
• Experience in managing marketing activities, customer campaign and/ or sales incentive
