We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Corporate Banking Department under the Group Corporate Banking & Capital Markets as a Team Lead, Corporate Banking.
The Role
A successful candidate in this position will be accountable to managing a team of relationship managers directly involved in the managing of a portfolio of designated (existing and new prospect) corporate banking customers to achieve the allocated key performance indicators of the team, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Drive sales activities for Corporate Banking & Real Estate & Contract Financing (RECF) segment to achieve the financial objectives and business targets set by the management.
- Manage a team of Corporate Relationship Managers directly involved in the managing of a portfolio of designated (existing and new prospect) Corporate and RECF customers.
- Manage Corporate Banking and RECF business loan portfolio in ensuring minimal credit losses per targets set.
Job Description
- To lead and direct a team of relationship managers directly involved in the managing of a portfolio of designated (existing and new prospect) corporate banking customers to meet the agreed key performance indicators of the team.
- To manage and monitor the day-to-day functional activities/key responsibilities of the team to ensure achieving of the team key performance indicators.
- To spearhead and support the team’s marketing related activities.
- To cultivate and maintain the cross-selling culture of Alliance Bank products by working closely with other key product Groups of the Bank which include but not limited to Investment Banking, Transaction Banking (Cash Management and Trade Finance) and Treasury.
- To be proactive in ensuring proper account management of the team and to ensure satisfactory level of customer service.
- To ensure cordial working relationship between the team and key product partners/internal customers.
- To demonstrate positive attitude towards the building the Bank’s corporate image and strategies.

- Minimum 10 years of large commercial/corporate banking experience in area of business development and portfolio management
