1. Portfolio Analytics & Reporting (Non-Sensitive Data)
- Assist in preparing portfolio-level dashboards, summaries, and trend analysis based on aggregated data (e.g. balances by segment, industry, product, or risk band)
- Support analysis of historical portfolio growth, delinquency, and vintage trends (non-customer specific)
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and materials for management presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
2. Analytical Support & Research
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on SME portfolio themes such as industry concentration, risk migration, and macro/sector impacts using public data
- Support benchmarking exercises using external sources (e.g. BNM statistics and industry reports)
3. Process & Documentation Support
- Assist in streamlining and automating recurring reports (e.g. Excel enhancements, templates)
- Support maintenance of reporting calendars and task inventories
4. Administrative & Project Support
- Provide support for ongoing portfolio or strategy-related projects (excluding customer-specific work)
- Coordinate inputs for internal submissions and presentations
