Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing branding and marketing strategies to strengthen company positioning.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Support copywriting for campaigns, websites, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Contribute to website design updates and ensure content is aligned with branding.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Support creative development for internal transformation and sustainability initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc creative and communication tasks that may arise with short turnaround times.
  • Monitor and manage scheduled content slots, especially for social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery and readiness of materials according to campaign calendars.

 

Required Skills:

  1. Creative & Designing:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent tools (e.g., Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Canva, etc).
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and turn ideas into compelling designs.

 

  1. Writing & Content Creation:
  • Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Chinese language proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.

 

  1. Photography:
  • Basic to intermediate photography skills are a bonus and considered an advantage.
  • Ability to capture high-quality images for content creation, event coverage, and visual storytelling.
  •  Familiarity with photo editing tools and composition techniques is a plus.

 

  1. Other Skills:
  • Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
