Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for revenue and business growth for Bancassurance
- Product management duties across customer and competitor market research; product propositions and innovation
- Lead and manage bancassurance Product portfolio through on-going business review and product intelligence.
- Identify opportunities and developing product ideas and initiatives for various segments and negotiate with partner for best product propositions.
- Plan and control the life product development cycle from product design to development, approval to go- to-market timely.
- Organising and controlling end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful rollout including working with internal & external stakeholders on sales training, marketing communications campaigns, promotion etc.
- Accountable for the product portfolio performance encompassing development, maintenance, enhancement and retirement of the identified product portfolio.
- Close engagement with sales channels to ensure delivery of business targets.
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support the bancassurance business.
- Handle new and existing guideline and compliance related to General Insurance products.
- Act as a primary contact point for regulatory authorities, auditors and internal stakeholders on matters related to regulatory reporting and operational governance.
- Update policies and procedures which relates to regulatory compliance and Insurance sales process.
- Assist on partnership management as one of the key liaison person in Consumer Banking.
- Managing partner for timely and quality delivery for both products and services.
- Handle customer complaints with Customer Care Unit and insurance partner.
- Key management presentation deck preparations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experince in Banking and Financial Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
