Manager, Business Application Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Collect business requirements; determine technical issues, and design system logics(reporting, deviation parameters, reject rule, LO template, product configuration, pricing setup) to meet both business and data analysis needs.
2. Developing and maintaining reporting dashboard, conduct on-going review reporting definition to align with system enhancement.
3. Responsible to perform investigation on system integration, which involved the end to end lending process to diagnose unexpected system behavior.
4. Data preparation and validation on CGC/SJPP scheme, to ensure customer and loan data met each scheme compliance requirement.
5. Conduct in-house system development to upscale lending operations, work closely with IT and business teams to design and test new data flows, ensuring accuracy, faster processing, and reduced manual intervention.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimal 2 years of experience in managing systems or User Acceptant Test Officer.    
• Proven track record of improving user journeys, bringing in new revenue streams, maximising efficiency and developing new products and services.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science, System Analysis or equivalent.
• Good business knowledge, understanding of a variety of business practices and familiarity with the banking industry.
• Basic understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side (how people / organisations are using technology) and the supply side (emerging technologies).
• Familiar with a variety of innovative project concepts, practices and procedures.
• Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
• Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
