1. Assist and support to achieve the objective of mitigating operational risk through developing and building control and compliance culture for CCRIS BNM regulatory reporting at group wide.
2. Examine situation of complaints and queries in a view to prevent or reduce the possibility of administrative error or ignorance or misapplication of laid down rules & regulations as well as control.
3. Ensure all CCRIS complaints from internal or external reports are monitored closely and conduct financial and risk investigations.
4. Updating of the CCRIS Operational User Guide as and when there is changes to business model and control gaps.
