JOB PURPOSE : 

  • Monitoring the CRM Flow & CRM Maintenances
  • Monitoring and checking RPA Maintenances/Host Maintenances  
  • Attending query emails
  • BPPS Approver/AOB Approver
  • Close eKYC Account/Close CRR Account
  • SI reminder
  • EOD BPPS report/CPC collection account Checker
  • Unfreeze Account/Freeze Account
  • Inward Return entries posting
  • Outward Return/ICC/OCC entries posting
  • BPPS posting
  • Processing Payrolls
  • CTR Report/Staff Exit List/unpledged FD maintenance checking
  • Close CRR Account/ CRR Refund   
  • Process KWAP Pension payment
  • BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing  
  • Yearly UMA reporting submission

KEY RESPONSIBILIES 

  • Assist in leading the team and provide guidance and support when needed
  • Ensure the RPA processes are attended within the TAT and check it
  • Ensure the accuracy of updating/maintaining the customer’s information
  • Response to Contact Centre/CCU/branches’ enquiries ensuring all are resolved timely and accurately
