Manager, Client Distribution

Job Summary

To build relationship and grow the foreign exchange (FX) business with existing and new-to-bank business banking customers, to achieve the annual budget revenue target.

Key Responsibilities:

• To cover all FX clients in the respective LoBs
• To deal competently of customer groups assigned towards achievement of daily/ monthly targets assigned within business & compliance guidelines.
• Build good understanding about companies in dealing, and establish good business rapport with customers for meeting of financial & non-financial targets assigned.
• Contact & deal with bank’s clients with right pricing skill & accuracy to achieve targeted growth in profit & volume.
• Provide advisory/ educational services to clients & Relationship Managers in treasury products for hedging & investment purposes.
• Conduct business marketing with Relationship Managers & FX Limits establishment.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Professional qualification in related field
• Require Dealer License issued by Persatuan Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia (PPKM)- Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in Treasury Sales.
• Sales related role, must be customer-service oriented
• Profit target oriented
• Financial / quantitative background
• Good understanding of the financial market and macroeconomics of the country
• Familiar with Bank Negara’s Foreign Exchange Administration requirements
