Manager, Forex Fulfillment & Sales

Key Responsibilities 

• Overseeing the FX performance and Run Rate for Group SME, Commercial & Transaction Banking (GSMECTB) & Group Corporate Banking.
• Collaborate with relevant Stakeholders to develop business plans and strategies to:-
  • Acquire new to bank customers
  • Manage internal and external campaigns
  • Boost FX volume and revenue.
• Educate and coach Sales Team on updated BNM FENP guidelines (if any) and FX Treasury Products (if any) via refresher course.
• Act as a link bridge between GSMECTB & Group Corporate Sales and GFM FX Team by providing analysis to identify potential growth (i.e.: monitoring, tracking and focusing on utilization of FX lines, activating dormant FX customers)
• Resolve daily operational issue(s) pertaining to FX transactions (i.e.: Revised TT Application Form, Biz Smart enhancement, SOP for exceptional handling cases).
• Provide support for other potential FX product(s) such other structured product(s).

Job Requirements

• Experience in FX operations and transaction processes with at least 4-year experience
• Strong business acumen proactive and a highly motivated self-starter
• Good customer relationship management
• Well-verse in SWIFT and payment processing as well as regulatory & compliance awareness 
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills & strong customer service culture & a good team player
• Resourceful and adaptable – with ability to work in changing environment
• Initiative, drive, enthusiasm with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent planning and organization skills to meet objectives and deadlines
