- To drive the SME On-Boarding program.
- Develop training curricula and material for GBTB sales and service programs.
- Provide learning & development support in the development & review of learning material relevant to business needs.
- Has an understanding of e-learning techniques, and be involved in the creation, assessment or delivery of e-learning packages.
- Provide advice to line managers and design learning programs to meet business strategies.
- Work with external learning consultants to customize learning programs according to business requirements.
- Facilitate proper training on Audit feedback and Compliance issues for Sales/Business units.
- Communicate refreshers to Sales to reinforce compliance to programs and policies, credit, business and regulatory requirements.
- Coaching and mentoring, if required
