Primary responsibility is to ensure all daily operations of merchant business are met including areas covering payments, terminal issues, statements, refunds, chargeback, hold & release payments and fraud matters.

Handle all incoming calls & email from merchant on payment related

Prepare monthly Terminal Rental invoices, update and follow up

Prepare monthly Payment Facilitator MDR Sharing Fee

Monitor and follow up payment rejected due to account closed

Unsettle card transaction due to terminal problem

Merchant collection account reconciliation

Monthly e-invoices resubmission & manual submission
