  • Proactively engage customers via voice calls, email, digital channel like Whatsapp to build and nurture long term relationships to make the bank the primary banking partner and customer stickiness and loyalty.
  • Analyze existing non-borrowing customer base to understand their business.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce relevant banking solutions (e.g. CASA, loans, business credit card, merchant, QR).
  • Execute outbound campaigns and initiatives to drive product adoption and increase usage and wallet share.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into active product holders.
