To assist the Head of Project Management on:

Develop and implement comprehensive project strategy to align with the Bank's renovation objectives and goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

Oversee and direct all renovation projects ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective utilization and efficient project delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. line of businesses, procurement, IT & network team, facilities management, finance teams etc, to align project objectives and secure necessary resources
Maintain regular communication channels to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Act as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Establish and enforce quality control processes and standards to ensure renovation works meet or exceed the bank's expectations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address any deviations from project specifications.

Manage external contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring their adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Conduct vendor evaluations and recommendation on technical scoring on selection criteria
