- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and specialists to ensure effective execution of SME Collections strategies.
- Translate the Bank’s SME Collections objectives into actionable plans for the team.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of MIS reporting, analytics, and external service provider coordination.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive innovation in MIS tools, early warning systems, and collection strategies.
- Analyze delinquency trends, impaired loan ratios, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) to support strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams across SME Collections, Remedial, Risk, and Business units to ensure effective execution of credit strategies.
