Manager. Data Profiling & Remediation

Job Summary

The Manager – Data Profiling & Remediation is responsible for leading data profiling and remediation activities for critical data elements supporting regulatory and management reporting. The role drives identification, analysis, and resolution of data issues, ensuring alignment with enterprise DQ standards and frameworks.

 Key Responsibilities

• Execute data profiling using SQL or DQ tools to assess completeness, accuracy, and consistency of key datasets.
• Perform root-cause analysis of DQ issues and collaborate with stakeholders to define corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain remediation plans, track resolution progress, and escalate delays or recurring issues.
• Produce DQ exception reports and dashboards for management and governance committee visibility.
• Contribute to enhancement of the DQ Framework and automation initiatives.
• Support integration of profiling results into enterprise DQ dashboards and reporting pipelines.
