· Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive the SME business to new heights.
· To cross-sell bank’s products.
· Managing customer relationships with an aim to develop and sustain business flow to achieve bank’s business objective.
· To contact applicants for documents required & verify information provided.
· To process applications in AOS system.
· To validate & verify applications passed all program checks, if passed, to arrange video interview call for virtual site visit and/or conduct physical site visit.
· To conduct virtual site visit or physical site visit according to the submission checklist. To ask for supporting documents on the spot, and if required, would request further details from the customer on validating the customer profile.
· To prepare loan documents (LO, LG & LA) & email to DSME Team Lead for review after loan approval.
· To provide justification on AML High Risk applications and account opening.
· To report Fraud Near Miss application, if any.
· To attend any enquiries from customers.
· To update customers on their application status & send rejection/cancellation email if any.
· To monitor account opening status.
· To open company current accounts.
· To manage collections.
To do cold/warm calls for leads assigned.
