Job Purpose
Providing secretarial/ administrative support.
Key Responsibilites
- To manage and maintain HOD’s meeting and appointment schedule; accommodation and travel itinerary, to-do-lists, and key deadlines.
- Organize accommodation, travel arrangement, and meeting schedule for VIPs visitors.
- Organize, reply and respond appropriately to all emails, memos and normal mails etc.
- To coordinate the compilation of GMCC/GCRMC/GRMC minutes and updates, and to ensure its correctness and timely distribution.
- To ensure timely feedback/updates/respond and follow-up on issues presented at respective meetings.
- To assist on the preparation of presentation materials.
- Keep track of Business referrals and ensure that all referrals are attended to promptly.
- To provide effective administrative support to boss without unnecessary reminders, demonstrating confidence that the work will be done as requested on schedule.
- Departmental administrative duties including helping to organize business events and functions; customers’ relationship management; and promoting positive tacit interaction amongst various departments and branches.
- To establish and manage proper record and documents filing and retrieval system (for both hard and softcopy).
- To assist in preparing the Yearly Cost Centre Budgets for Group SME & Commercial Credit, Scoring and Portfolio Analytics.
- To assist on the monthly update on the overheads forecasting/ cost reports for Group SME & Commercial Credit, Scoring and Portfolio Analytics.
- To take the minute meeting.
