  • Download SAP, SFI & ARBS Report daily
  • Perform reconciliation on Visa & Mastercard related payment and complete RENTAS payment received from Visa, Mastercard and Credit Card payment.
  • Prepare payment to vendors and business partners (i.e Enrich, BigLife, JCMS, Manulife and Allianz Ins)
  • Prepare Interchange Fee, Expense and Others Fee for SAP upload
  • Upload all batch entries of the day via CRM
  • Prepare DW manual patching file for Visa & Master card
  • Prepare Payment Card Reform Framework
  • Prepare Visa & Master card IA submission thru Starworks system to BNM.
  • Manage queries from branches and other Financial Institutions on Credit Card, TBP, IBG, IPP & Balance Transfer transaction.
  • Prepare Data Capture entries for balance transfer (CO), credit card payment, RENTAS payment received from Visa and Mastercard prepared by clerical
  • Resolve unmap PCCC and prepare SAP upload
  • Prepare reconciliation of Suspense/Intermediary GL
  • Ensure weekly/monthly/quarterly report is submitted within required turnaround time;
  1. Provide TBP Loyalty figure to Business Finance team
  2. Provide MDF figure to Business Finance team
  3. Provide Payment Card Reform Framework to Business Finance team
  4. Provide Visa/Mastercard referral fee and Card Advances Newly Charge Off  to Business Analytics team
