Senior Executive, Centralised Processing Centre

Role & responsibilities:- 
• Manual CRM maintenance
• Manual RPA Merchant Payment and Charge maintenance for exceptional
• Manual RPA GV Input Transaction maintenance for exceptional
• Manual Card Cancellation maintenance for exceptional 
• Checking RPA maintenance report 
• Checking CRM & Merchant maintenance where there is required
• Any other tasks assigned by Team Lead (AVP) from time to time.
• Ensure compliance and all maintenance are completed within the TAT
• Ensure no operational losses within the area assigned and zoro audit findings 
• Participate on annual BCP Test 

• Requisition is for a SE in view of the option and flexibility to switch role between Checker & Maker.
