JOB PURPOSE
- Monitoring the CRM Flow & CRM Maintenances
- CRM maintenances maker and checker
- Unfreeze Account/Freeze Account
- Attending query emails
- EPF submission
- Checking all RPA processes: eSRF/Deceased Tagging/CEC/SI maintenance/Duplicate email
- IBL process/Bankruptcy tagging/un-tagging
- Standing Instruction Maintenance maker & checker
- BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing
- Yearly UMA reporting submission
- CPC manual reviews/updates
KEY RESPONSIBIITIES
- Ensure the CRM maintenance is within the TAT
- Ensure the accuracy of updating/maintaining the customer’s information
- Ensure the CRM maintenance is checked and proper storage for ease retrieval
- Ensure all the CRM SRF/documents are properly filed and stored in CROWN box before sending it to CROWN
- Response to branches’ enquiries ensuring all are resolved timely and accurately
