JOB PURPOSE

 

  • Monitoring the CRM Flow & CRM Maintenances
  • CRM maintenances maker and checker   
  • Unfreeze Account/Freeze Account
  • Attending query emails
  • EPF submission
  • Checking all RPA processes: eSRF/Deceased Tagging/CEC/SI maintenance/Duplicate email  
  • IBL process/Bankruptcy tagging/un-tagging
  • Standing Instruction Maintenance maker & checker
  • BDS overriding/BDS vouchers signing  
  • Yearly UMA reporting submission
  • CPC manual reviews/updates

 

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Ensure the CRM maintenance is within the TAT
  • Ensure the accuracy of updating/maintaining the customer’s information
  • Ensure the CRM maintenance is checked and proper storage for ease retrieval
  • Ensure all the CRM SRF/documents are properly filed and stored in CROWN box before sending it to CROWN 
  • Response to branches’ enquiries ensuring all are resolved timely and accurately
