- Perform collection tracking on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (eg. Productivity, ECA performance, unworked accounts reports)
- Enhance existing strategy-related reports to increase efficiency.
- Produce relevant MIS-Tracking to justify/track results of strategies implemented.
- Perform strategy-related adhoc data extractions for the Collections & Recoveries Department.
- Support SMS/WhatsApp initiation to improve collection delinquency.
