Job Descriptions

 

Sales Support Unit  (SSU)

 

  1. Receiving Credit Card Acquisition Application
    • To pre-vet all credit card related application on daily basis
    • To ensure no apparent discrepancies noted
    • To ensure customer data/information captured in the system is accurate.
    • To improve turn-around-time (TAT) in application process.
    • To reduce in rework.
  2. Submission to CPH
    • To submit credit card application to CPH.
  3. Daily review on Failed/Rejected/Declined/KIV cases for Credit Card application and inform Sales Team.
  4. Engage with sales team lead to educate their respective sales team for submission accuracy and effectiveness.

 

Governance and Compliance

  1. Ensure that Credit Card Team operates within the internal and external guidelines.
  2. Ensure that Credit Card Team operates within the compliance, service and operational framework set.
  3. To be responsible for investigation, escalation and reporting of all customer/sales related fraudulent applications

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales reporting
  • At least 2 year of experience in the Financial Industry
  • Strong business environment awareness and sensitivity to business issues
  • Good excel and reporting capability
  • Good analysis skill
