JOB RESPONSIBIITIES
- Work collaboratively with IT, business partners and vendors tosupport and enhance financial applications effectively and efficiently.
- Providing technical guidance and support to users on applicationfunctionalities and workflows.
- Perform first level impact assessment, evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
- Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows anddecisioning rules.
- Follow up closely with vendors and system providers in resolvingissues and providing solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users andconduct UAT on fixes and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in applicationprocesses.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information System, or a relatedfi eld.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loanprocessing, or fi nancial systems support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, goodcommunication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to assist end users, troubleshooting and resolving application errors or workflow issues.
- Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
- Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
