Senior Executive, Credit Systems Support

JOB RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Work collaboratively with IT, business partners and vendors tosupport and enhance financial applications effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to users on applicationfunctionalities and workflows.
  • Perform first level impact assessment, evaluate the feasibility of change requests.
  • Configure and maintain application parameters, workflows anddecisioning rules.
  • Follow up closely with vendors and system providers in resolvingissues and providing solutions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users andconduct UAT on fixes and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in applicationprocesses.

 

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information System, or a relatedfi eld.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in application support, loanprocessing, or fi nancial systems support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, goodcommunication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to assist end users, troubleshooting and resolving application errors or workflow issues.
  • Ability to manage fixes, change requests and vendor interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience in SQL, credit or collection systems is an advantage.
