Customer Segments and Partnership

This role responsible for acquisition of New-To-Bank customers via ommichannel and cross all consumers’ products while also to analyze and grow the Bank portfolio of existing customers via cross selling and up selling campaigns and initiatives. The role also includes planning and execution of event & activities.

 

Responsibility

Customer Acquisition

  • Plan, Manage and coordinate Consumer Banking Acquisition initiatives/campaigns to grow the customer base for all targeted customers segments.
  • Analyse & identify opportunities to grow the Mass Market, Alliance Personal & Privilege Banking Segment through business owners, other key platforms within the bank & external acquisition partnerships.
  • Development and implementation of customer value proposition for targeted segment.
  • Plan and Manage On-Boarding experience and customer journey across all customer segments.
  • Track, Monitor and analyse results of Acquisition initiatives.

 

Portfolio management

  • Plan, manage and coordinate Consumer Banking marketing initiatives/campaign to grow average product holdings, footing balances/ average revenue per customers for all targeted customer segments.
  • Analyze customer lifecycle and identify opportunity to grow customer segment portfolio via Cross-Selling & Up-Selling based on profitability.
  • Drive engagement/portfolio campaign to grow the active base for targeted segments.
  • Develop and drive overall customer retention and loyalty strategy.
  • Plan and initiate win back strategies to drive customer’s reactivation for targeted segment with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Track, Monitor and analyze results of portfolio initiatives.

 

Sales Event & Activities

  • Working with the sales distribution channel/team for sales planning executing sales activities & initiatives to deliver on the sales results as required for following products:
    • Wealth (Unit Trust/Structure Investment/Dual Currency Investment/Retail Securities)
    • Bancassurance Regular Premium
    • Deposits
  • Working with the sales distribution channel/team for sales activities & initiatives:
    • Guerrilla marketing / tactical ground campaigns/localised activities at branches:
    • Seminar planning
    • Webinar planning
    • Branch Event/ Open House planning
  • To coordinate and work with relevant stakeholders as a partnership for key products to offer special campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the results of all such campaign, event & activities related to ground tactical campaigns

 

 

 

 

 

Requirement, qualification and skills

  • Degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
  • Competent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An individual with a growth mind-set, and a passion for leveraging insights to develop campaigns, communications, and programs.
