KEY RESPONSIBIITIES
- Meeting sales conversion / upsell targets and any other targets set in the KPI.
- Assist and guide customer through the use of the digital platform and follow through until application successfully submitted or account opened.
- Close followup and ensure sufficient contacts made to the customers for all sales leads.
- Responsible for sales referral of more complex products.
- Respond to customers enquiries promptly and follow through till resolution.
- Escalates complaints and unresolved issues to the Investigation team for further action and follow up
- To participate in any adhoc initiatives.
- Responsible for accurate reporting on sales performance.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
- Observe and apply the call quality guidelines in delivering consistent customer experience.
- Gather and share customer’s feedback with the Team Manager to continuously improve customer experience and sales conversion rate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fresh graduate from any discipline or diploma holders with related experience
- Good time management to be able to complete all tasks within the turnaround time
- Able to make sound decision escalate when required in problem solving
- Ability to communicate solutions to customer in a clear manner that is easily understood
- Good interpersonal skills in working with other departments
