KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

  • Meeting sales conversion / upsell targets and any other targets set in the KPI.
  • Assist and guide customer through the use of the digital platform and follow through until application successfully submitted or account opened.
  • Close followup and ensure sufficient contacts made to the customers for all sales leads.
  • Responsible for sales referral of more complex products.
  • Respond to customers enquiries promptly and follow through till resolution.
  • Escalates complaints and unresolved issues to the Investigation team for further action and follow up
  • To participate in any adhoc initiatives. 
  • Responsible for accurate reporting on sales performance.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
  • Observe and apply the call quality guidelines in delivering consistent customer experience.
  • Gather and share customer’s feedback with the Team Manager to continuously improve customer experience and sales conversion rate.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fresh graduate from any discipline or diploma holders with related experience
  • Good time management to be able to complete all tasks within the turnaround time
  • Able to make sound decision escalate when required in problem solving
  • Ability to communicate solutions to customer in a clear manner that is easily understood
  • Good interpersonal skills in working with other departments
