Senior Executive, Digital Projects

For the role of Internal Consultant / Business Analyst; SE, Digital Projects is expected to perform the below; including but not limited to:

• Analyze and map out As-Is process with necessary means

e.g., reading documentation, interview stakeholders, performing market / online research

• Gather user requirements to design To-Be process and ensure successful implementation of To-Be process
• Utilize necessary channels to implement and inform on new process change
  e.g., conducting training, send out communication materials
• Execute / support tasks associated with digital project / business process

e.g., preparing performance report, drafting process documentation, testing, project management support

General Expectations:

• Willing to learn and understand business processes and associated technicalities
• There may be the need to work outside of standard work hours due to project nature
• Willing to learn automation technology (e.g., VBA and Power Query)
• To undertake any other ad-hoc functions in the department, when required
