Business Performance Reporting
- To prepare and analyse the Group financial performance reports:
- Business Performance Review;
- Net Interest Income;
- Net Bad Debt Analysis; and
- Quarterly BNM reports
- Ensure daily P&L is in order including understanding the trend and have the ability to pick up major variances.
RAROC
- To assist with tracking RAROC by LOB
- To assist with developing RAROC as a performance tool to measure LOB’s performance and budget setting.
