JOB PURPOSE

Supporting Team Lead in the administrative functions of the Fund Recovery :

  • Ensure department operational task is completed within targeted turnaround time.
  • Execute processes in accordance to manual and comply within all related guidelines/regulations.
  • Improve department process flow for better efficiency. Provide feedback on internal and external new policies, processes and procedures to meet the changing regulatory operation’s needs and increase complexities in customers’ demand.
  • Ensure all incidents, service request and project requirements handle within timely manner.
  • Ensure all external and internal customer queries / complaint handle within timely manner.
  • Provide timely support and comply with regulatory standards as an authorised personnel of PayNet related electronic channel services, inclusive but not limited to Interbank GIRO, Instant Transfer, MyDebit, FPX and JomPAY 

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

  • To process all incoming and outgoing dispute as at when required by various channels, inclusive but not limited to Interbank GIRO, Instant Transfer, MyDebit, FPX and JomPAY.
  • Provide timely support and comply with regulatory standards as an authorised personnel of PayNet related electronic channel services, inclusive but not limited to Interbank GIRO, Instant Transfer, MyDebit, FPX and JomPAY.
  • Ensure all incidents, service request and project requirements handle within timely manner.
  • Ensure all external and internal customer queries / complaint handle within timely manner.
  • Execute processes in accordance to manual and comply within all related guidelines/regulations.

Knowledge

  • Degree or similar professional certificate from any discipline.
  •   Minimum 1 year relevant experience in managing internet banking / eBanking operations
  • Have experience supporting electronic banking operation disputes matters.
  • Well verse with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Committed and willingness to learn.
